Moving forward, members are NOT to contact Svetlana directly on her mobile. This is why we have TeamApp.

Svetlana is employed between the hours of 5:00-8:00pm MON-FRI. There have been instances where she has been contacted early in the morning, between 9-5 during her day time working hours, at her place of work during the day and after hours late in the evening.
This is unacceptable.
Please have some respect.

Any questions and calls will NOT be taken outside of business hours - Phoenix business hours are 4:30-8:00 WEEKNIGHTS. ALL enquires will be answered between these hours. There is nothing that is that urgent which cannot be addressed between these hours.

Note that due to the forced closure and decision to suspend all payments and runnings of Phoenix tonight, that Staff have now been stood down as a result.
